We are seeking a Director of Operations in Chennai, India for Wisdom InfoTech. This person should be a
high-impact leader to help run the operations side of the business for our Consulting division. Managing
and executing successful hiring programs for the US. The ideal candidate is one who has the ability and
or experience in leadership and runs the company's branch to reach their full potential and feels personal
fulfillment from investing in others. They are highly accountable and can hold others accountable to their
goals and the team's goals as well.
In this key role, you will be working closely with the CEO to help run their support and sales functions for
the IT Consulting division from India office through communication, systems, tracking numbers, and
accountability. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, Resource planning, Recruitment,
Consulting. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in implementing systems and
procedures in an office or service setting who is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and has an
inspirational style.

an organization we want to hear from you! We are looking for upbeat leaders with a “can do” attitude who
will fit in with the sense of comradery and hard work our team is accustomed to. This is a USA, CST 8.30
am to 5 pm (7 pm IST – 5 am IST) and not a Monday-Friday position 9 hour position, and we are looking
for someone who understands the need to jump in and help the team outside of office hours as needed.

Compensation:
A Good base and Plus Monthly Bonus

Responsibilities:
● Build, implement and manage process related to recruitment, building pipelines, client
communication, Resource management, and back-office support – strong people skills and IT
technology skills for hiring preferred
● Hold the team members and leaders accountable to meeting and exceeding the Team’s metrics-
based goals
● Oversee administrative team for all internal hiring and talent hiring from the US.
● Act as a liaison between clients, customers, and team members
● Experience in immigration, contractual terms and US Culture is needed
● Prepare and present spreadsheets of weekly/monthly recruiting statistics and fulfilment reports
● Maintain the goodwill and reputation of the entire team making it a place no one wants to leave
● LEarn, Mentor and create successful recruitment leaders for various regions in the USA.
● Ability to travel to the US on a needed basis.

Qualifications:
● IT Recruitment with an MBA or appropriate experience with exposure to recruitment for US
● Experience working in hospitality, customer service similar position a plus
● Strong leadership skills and setting up operations
● Ability to assess situations, prioritize action items and act quickly
● Learning-based and solution-oriented
● Deadline driven and extremely organized
● A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
● Willingness to be a team player who is always ready and willing to help and problem solve
