We have an immediate opportunity for a Parttime HR Associate for the IT consulting
division to manage a full range of HR activities.
Responsibilities:
HR Associate responsibilities include processing employee data, employee
communication, relationship, work with HR Manager and assisting in the hiring process.
To be successful in this role, you should have good organizational skills and be familiar
with HR functions, employee relationship management.
Ultimately, you will make sure all HR Managerial tasks run smoothly.
Key Accountabilities:
● Liaison between recruiting manager, sales manager, legal, HR Manager and various aspects of employee on boarding and benefit management.
● Maintain employment records
● Assist in employee onboarding tasks: Employment agreement, Salary negotiation, benefits and other
● Conduct employee reviews with reporting managers and Appraisals accordingly
● Perform tasks within the USA Employment laws
● Employee relationship management includes relationship, retention, continuous contact, issues resolution on various aspects
● Conduct events for the company with coordination of event, managing the event and other.
● The specialist serves as the initial company ambassador providing interface with candidates requiring immigration support ensuring that all documentation is procured and reviewed in a timely manner
● Communication with immigration attorneys, Bankers, insurance agents and other vendors
● Maintains and process all immigration related tasks, compliances working along with other departments and immigration attorneys
● Maintains current documentation status on all candidates for compliance purposes
● Assist in recruiting
● Assist in process payroll, timesheet validation and approvals.
● Benefit management including Health, 401K, vendor management
● Update internal databases with new hire information
● Distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
● Validate and perform Background checks and other compliances on hiring when needed
Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree with at least 2+ years of proven success in HR admin or
relevant experience.
● Preferences in working with IT service selling experience.
● You must possess superior communication & written skills and an ability to
execute on multiple priorities with attention to details.
● Experience in MS office
● Experience in Recruitment software’s and other HR systems
● Knowledge in Quick Books a plus
● Excellent People skills with good written and verbal skills
